Santa Cruz Boardwalk

If you are near northern california and looking for a quick getaway, try Santa Cruz Boardwalk in the bay area. Santa Cruz Boardwalk is a popular tourist destination as well as for the locals. It offers tons of activity and fun for the whole family like roller coaster rides, novelty shops, snack bars, and of course the view of california pacific coast and easy access to the beach area so that you can stroll in the sand or enjoy the scenery while you sit in your beach chair. The sand is still there, but be sure to take along with you some walking shoes or slippers if you plan to walk along the beach because i think it is better to walk in the sand there with your shoes/slippers on.

Santa Cruz Boardwalk is a popular tourist destination in the bay area of northern CA, so you can expect lots of people specially during the weekends and holidays, where everyone else are off-work and off-school.

If you decide to visit Santa Cruz Boardwalk one day, and decide to stay overnight in a hotel nearby, i think the sunset view in the pacific ocean would truly be worth the wait!

If you have been to Santa Cruz Boardwalk, we would be happy to hear about your experience and what you think about the place. Please feel free to leave your comments about this place or this blog!

the ride in the photo is totally a slow one, riders just sit in the cable car as it slowly move to the other end, so i think its more relaxing than scary. i didnt try it myself, i just went strolling in the beach and watched the birds there

hope somebody we bumped into each other, in one of your state hopping!

Welcome and thank you for visiting me here.

My name is Jaze, staying here in northern CA with my hubby and our puppies. I graduated engineering but worked in graphics and web for years. Right now, I am endulging in home renovation and real estate, in the mids of slowing economy, so I am not sure exactly where life leads. But I would like to do more interior designing, decorating, and home staging in the near future. I am passionate about photography and graphics. I enjoy traveling with my hubby, destinations unlimited, but depends on the budget for now...

Feel free to leave comments and feedback regarding any of my posts and articles, and/or if you have any concerns and suggestions.
